What this site is

Sportster Market is a community marketplace and discussion forum for Harley-Davidson Sportster owners. We are not affiliated with Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything posted under your account. Don't impersonate others. One person, one account.

Listings

You may only list bikes and parts you legally own and have the right to sell. Be honest about condition, mileage, and history. No stolen goods, no misleading photos, no scams. We may remove listings that violate this without refund.

Transactions

Sportster Market does not process payments between buyers and sellers. You arrange payment and delivery directly. We strongly recommend PayPal Goods & Services or escrow for shipped purchases. We are not responsible for losses from fraud or disputes between users.

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or spam. See our site rules for the full list.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
